Welcome to TESOPLAS In-mold graphics, on-mold graphics and functional coatings.
A brand created in 2012 to serve the plastic manufacturing industry with innovative and yet (multi) functional ideas and products.
These are result of hard research and development work and years of experience in the inks and coatings sector. We are a special brand of Lysis Technologies Ltd, a company with expertise in designing and developing screen and pad printing inks. These find application on a wide variety of substrates (plastic, metal, glass etc.). We use this experience to offer unique solutions for the thermoplastics manufacturing industry such as rotational moulding, injection and blow moulding.
Our products range from In-mould and on-mould permanent graphics to functional coatings that also offer special attributes. Our range of enhancers includes heat accelerators and surface enhancers as well as products that will give a perfect finish on the moulding.

On Mould Graphics
We have developed a wide range of ink formulations that can give on mould graphics in a variety of easy methods. This is done directly on the finished moulding. It offers flexibility as it is not disturbing the moulding process and can be done at any point after the production. Our wide range of applying graphics and designs on a finished plastic product enables you to mark, brand, decorate and much more!

Our in mould graphic products allow you to integrate any design on your polyolefin rotomoulded product. They are printed on the metal mould and during the moulding process are transferred on the plastic final product. There are no other steps required such as clearing off leftover labels, wiping off remaining adhesives or similar.

This product range includes a variety of smartly designed formulations that when applied correctly, enable a smooth moulding process with improved moulding finish and appearance.
These products were engineered after specific requests from our customers and careful consideration of their needs.
Functional Coatings
It is possible to add functionality, value and special properties to your polyolefine products with our unique coatings. Developed in our Research lab, they can transform the outer surface permanently. These coatings can be applied either in mould or on mould depending on operational process, final effect desired and customer preference.
