He has in-depth knowledge of applied chemistry having acquired highly academic recognition including a PhD title, numerous scientific publications and patents.
Ramin has worked for international corporations across Europe, Asia and USA as a senior manager leading research programs on product development and market roll out.
With insight into the market and understanding of its needs, he can turn each technical answer into a much-needed product.
Philip Parkins

Phil is an expert in ink formulations and laboratory methodologies. Having worked in the industry for more than 30 years, there is hardly anything he has not developed.
He is highly trained in numerous printing techniques, quality assurance methodologies, colour matching skills.
Phil’s eye for detail ensures that products are manufactured to the highest standards as expected.
Konstantia Asteriadou
Company Secretary, Process & Business Development
PhD, ChemEng, CEng
Process Engineer and certified Project Manager with 15 years experience working with multinational companies in design, scale-up, Quality Assurance, installations and process commissioning.
Konstantia holds a PhD in process simulations and applied engineering together with numerous scientific publications and patents. She has worked on multiple projects as a Project Manager from concept to commissioning and is IOSH trained.
Her main responsibilities are currently New Process and Application Technologies Development, Business development at national and international level, B2B technical sales, on-site trialling, testing, commissioning and training.
She strongly believes that development of products that can be consistently and successfully applied in an industrial environment is key to our business.
